[Open] Its just one thing after another...
Who: Levi and Open
What: Double trouble traits activating
When: Starting early in the month before they reach Nirvana and then continuing from there
Where: Outside the Convoy, Nirvana, etc
Warnings: Nothing off the bat but his general warnings are always possible.
Dragon
It started out...well, not exactly small but with partial changes. His dog tail ballooned in size and length until it grew into a dragon's tail. Then wings burst from his back. He recognized both of these from previous months but he didn't expect it to come back. Especially without warning or other people changing. It was a good thing he was stopped for the night, because after the wings it was large claws and then he was just a dragon. He was about the size of a clydesdale if he were on all fours. Maybe when he calmed down he could appreciate that.
But for now he was crouched near the edge of the convoy's shields, holding his head in his claws with his wings wrapped around himself. He'd retreated from the others as soon as the wings emerged and right now he was terrified that he was about to lose his mind and start attacking everything.
He wasn't. He just needed some time, maybe a reassuring voice.
Shifting
After he's calmed down Levi's found that shifting out of his dragon form is just as easy is shifting out of his dog forms. When first returns to his mostly-human form some dragon traits remain with the dog traits. His horns/frills have remained, as well as a bit of a snout (still with the dog nose!). His tail and claws remain as dragon traits, at least at first.
He finds that if he concentrates some he can return back to his normal dog-boy form, and after a bit of experimenting that he can keep the wings. The tail and the claws are much more cumbersome like this so he's able to shift them back to the dog ones. He does spend some time frowning at his hands as they change between dragon claws and dog claws as he finds he's unable to turn them back into just normal human hands.
The ears remain too, he can remove the dog ears for just holes like in his dragon form but he can't regrow the human ears. That sucked. Why couldn't he just be normal again?
Flight
One thing Levi loves about the new form is the wings. He'd always liked flying and was disappointed when the wings he grew some months disappeared. There was no telling if this would last or not, though, so he's going to make the most of it while he can. He circles around the convoy, then as they get to it the city, but is careful not to go too far. He might go too high, though, and every so often he swoops at something on the ground. Hopefully its not you! He's got some instincts he's still figuring out.

Dragon
Concerned, Serph jogs over to Levi. When it comes to monster transformations, particularly sudden ones like this, it's not always safe. The unfamiliar form and urges can lead to people lashing out, so Serph stays inside the shield while he crouches to speak.
"Levi?" He keeps his voice in that same calm and even tone he usually speaks with. "Can you hear me?" He needs to check if Levi still has his mind. "Count to five if you can."
no subject
He swallows, "O-one...t-two...three...f-four...five..."
no subject
"Breathe. You're alright. You're okay." He keeps his voice calm and assuring. "Are you in pain? What's your status?"
no subject
"...I-I dunno. I'm not in pain. Its just...it was sudden and I was afraid..." He trails off there, its probably obvious what he was afraid of.
no subject
"It's alright," he continues, sympathy softening his gaze. "You did well."
Levi had taken himself away from the Convoy in case he wasn't in control so those who couldn't fight so well would be safe. But he also isn't so far that the various combat-ready people couldn't find him and ensure Levi is safe.
"Turn around." For Levi's benefit, he adds, "I'm checking you weren't hurt from your wings."
no subject
He holds his wings straight but twitches the tail a bit. Hm.
no subject
"You weren't injured by this change."
Good.
But he tilts his head at Levi's comment. Hm? Weird? What does Levi mean? "Describe the weirdness for me."
no subject
"Um, just...weird being in this shape. Its always weird being in a different shape. I-i had something similar to this before but this feels more, uh...complete? I have to figure out how to move everything."
Flying would probably be okay since he loved every time he had wings, but otherwise it'll take him a bit to get used to it. Or a bit to stop thinking too much about it, since as long as he's not doing that his body will know what to do.
no subject
"It's a very different shape to your usual." But as the resident, ever changing monster, Serph adds, "You're still yourself, even if your form is changed."
no subject
No dog parts was almost concerning, since there'd always been some since those started appearing. But he doesn't change that wildly between months.
no subject
He stands like he is unfolding, wings briefly stretching before he tucked them away at his back.
"Try walking. Get your bearings."
It's always a bit strange changing to a form that isn't quite humanoid anymore.

He nods as Levi shifts his weight. Yes, that seems closer to what the new form prefers. "Let your wings and tail balance you. As you move forward, they will pull you back upright."

It probably wouldn't be so good to rely on having his wings spread while walking; not only are they a big target, but they would make navigating around objects much harder.
"Try it with your wings folded up."

"Let's go for a quick patrol."
Realistically, a lap around the Convoy's shields. If Levi comes with him, it will start at casual walk before Serph picks up the pace into a leisurely jog, going at a speed that doesn't give Levi quite enough time to think too hard about where all his limbs but not so fast that it's overwhelming.
