Jack mostly manages to avoid wriggling while in the air, but once the roof of the car is within reach he stretches out his paws, then flails them, almost like he's running in the air even though he's not touching the ground.

Should be high enough now, so long as V doesn't just drop him without him being actually over the top of the car.
