[Unfortunately the most abundant of the plantlife around seems to be those terrible thorns, and Donnie's only glad that most of them in the area had been broken off either from a vehicle's passing or the fighting itself. It still doesn't make for the safest place to be walking when you don't wear shoes, and when you're being overrun by monsters, watching out for that stuff in general kind of falls to the wayside.
