Crossbow, yeah. Frame holds the bolt in place while you aim. Hits just as hard, aim is more accurate.
[Wrist-mounted, though. Wouldn't be her first choice, but still better than a gun.]
Don't get me wrong, I normally like getting up close and personal with the violence, but a gal likes some variety.
