[ jayce snaps up from devouring some sort of multicolored lizard that doesn't look the least bit edible. the belly was soft, slimy, but hot inside and spurts blood and entrails into his mouth when he breaks flesh and snaps right through organs in heightened desperation to eat. he hasn't cooked it this time. couldn't wait for it to cook, it's been days since he's last eaten, or the very least that what it feels like. he still has his antlers, discoloration at the bud of his nose and shivering cervid ears under the shag of his messy hair.
