Leo chuckles at that. "You better take care of yourself. I'm not going to be giving you the full room service treatment like some people do."

This is kind of a lie, as Leo has already been showing up to the tank with food just with the intention of feeding Donnie, but he can't openly admit he cares enough to do it! That's just not the dynamic they have. That's Mikey's thing, and if Mikey were here Leo would gladly let him do it.
