"I'd rather avoid anyone getting hit at all," Donnie says as he lowers his goggles again, this time to scan the power surges as they arc across the room. "But I'm not disagreeing about you being the better option for retrieval." Aside from being what he is, Zero's pretty fast from what he's seen. While Donnie can be fast, he has wings that can get in the way, and the room isn't big enough for some fancy flying.

"Unfortunately I don't think my mystic tech will effectively be able to redirect electricity. We could probably find something to redirect it, but there's also the chance that it would just throw off the pattern and make things more erratic to anticipate."

He glances at Zero, pausing a moment because oh- he really is an android of some kind- before turning his goggled vision back towards the electricity.

"So maybe it's better we do it while minding the current pattern. I'll monitor for any potential surges, but I've got the pattern down, and I can see the build up before each one, so if anything changes, I can let you know."
