Of course she can't talk and either can breathe or doesn't need to... she's clearly been walking all this time. The throat wound doesn't necessarily explain anything, but she does look at it with more concern.

"Right, okay. Um. Hang on." Jolie doesn't know if she's strong enough to pull Faith up to the surface, but she can get to the part of the tunnel ahead that's out of the water and probably... get her out from there. Probably. She thinks.

She darts away again, up and out, to the surface where there's a catwalk too far up for Faith to swim to if she has no bouyancy. She clings there and looks down, frowning.

The water around Faith starts to stir up, a current localizing around Faith's body... but only that, for the moment.
