The ice is starting to get to him, the cold numbing his fingers and making his limbs clumsy as he struggles to wait out the churning water and barely manages to catch a glimpse of the fight beneath it.
And whatever else is happening. SecUnit's silhouette seems to stretch, twisting in unnatural ways - but surely that's just a trick of the light. It's too fast to track, anyway.
At least until it pops back up to gloat. Arcade looks flatly unimpressed, breathing hard as he just manages to cling to his renewed balance. He doesn't have a second to respond, though, before that stingray-shape in the water circles back. ]
