"Maybe... Hopefully, I can help you with those? Even if it's just making a drink, sometimes. Or providing an ear... Or fighting off any more of those monster attacks-" Tifa isn't sure if it's good or bad, that there's a lot of options when it comes to lending a hand. She still nods to Vincent, but... Pauses for a moment.
She swears that there's a faint, metallic taste and scent in the air. It's enough to raise her guard, and fire the first bits of tension through her muscles. Her eyes are going wide. Even the ones she was trying to keep shut and obscured are opening up, taking in the surroundings; largely looking for threats, but also keeping an eye on Vincent, and checking for injuries.
She tries not to wobble from that shift in vision; as she said before, it's still something that takes some getting used to. But she'll also keep her two eyes on him, while the ones at her temples do some scanning.
"Wait... Are you bleeding? You don't sound or look like you're hurt..."
But that means so very little, she's discovered. People are great at covering up something is wrong or weighing them down, and acting like everything is fine. Right up until they keel over. And she is speaking completely from observation. And never, EVER, experiencing that same thing.
"But... It feels like there was blood spilled here, recently. I'm really starting to wish we had some sort of healing materia between us."
