I don't think we've ever stayed in the same place for more than a night...that may not keep us safe, but unless we want to make bags and get someone to haul them around sandbagging might not be that useful.

...it rained a normal amount, I guess? We were mostly in trenches...I'm not sure if the rain itself or the mud after was worse. I don't think there's really a way to drain a trench...
