No objections here - if anything, SecUnit has clenched its jaw enough that there won't be any, the mandibles now lining its jaw pressed flat against its face. Definitely a 'get it over with' expression, if ever there was one. Hard to tell how much the scalpel is doing with the limited length of the blade, but it's not hurt by it, at least.
